Great appliance

Bought my stand mixer a few months ago and use it quite often. I have use all three mixing items. Dough hook for dough, whisk for whipping cream and paddle for everything else. Easy to clean. I store my mixer in a lower cabinet on a pull-out drawer. It's heavy enough not to move when I'm using it and light enough to lift it onto the counter. Love it!!

Have always wanted a KitchenAid mixer, and the price dropped, there was no holding back, I purchased a white mixer that has already proven worth the wait, and the cost. I bake a lot as a single individual, and with the purchase of my new kitchenaid tilt back mixer, I've increased my baking, plus a lot more. Now to purchase a glass mixing bowl, and a pouring cover. I bought this after researching many different mixers, and I'm glad I chose the 4.5qrt classic! I haven't stopped baking since! It's very easy to use and just enough power! It looks nice sitting on my counter also. KitchenAid is definitely a brand I trust. You can't go wrong with any of their stand mixers! Even though it was plane white I did pimp it out with some purple flames. Hopefully I can get the purple 5 quart bowl to go with it.

Not as well made as the old mixers

I have owned a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for over 25 years. I purchased a new one recently because I thought I would like to see what new innovations have been added to this wonderful Stand Mixer. My old mixer was still working, but, it was a little wobbly when it was mixing. I now have my new mixer--it is exactly the same as the old one! I must admit that I was a little surprised! I guess you could ask-how do you improve a wonderful product? I can't answer this question...However, I find that the beater is not staying on the post as it should. I keep checking to make sure that it is set up properly, but, as I use a spatula to wipe down the beater, it always starts to come off the post! I don't feel that this is acceptable-especially for a brand new mixer of this caliber. Is there anything that you, the manufacture, can do about this? To say the least, I must admit that I am disappointed in my new mixer!

I've had my KitchenAid mixer for almost 20 years now! I received it as a house warming gift and it came with a lot of attachments including a meat grinder which is very easy to use! The mixer is in perfect condition after all these years. It looks great and works just as well as it did when I received it! I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever! I love it, this machine is well worth the price as it lasts for years and years! I lost the kitchen aid plug that goes where the attachments attach and KitchenAid was kind enough to send me a replacement at no charge, so my machine looks as good as new!
