Nice size for salad fixins!

I wanted a chopper to help me with preparing nightly salads and that would shred my lettuce and radishes/onions easily and quickly. Once I figured out the clockwise and counterclockwise requirements of locking and unlocking the chopper, I was set to go. The blade is very sharp and when it tapped my index finger when I took the blade out, I developed a blood blister, so please be very careful when handling the blade!

This food processor is amazing! I love making soups but I hate chopping the vegetables. This food processor saves me so much time and I can chop, mince or puree. I also like the fact that it's not huge and doesn't take up too much counter space. Fantastic price for all this can do!!!!

I love this little food processor! The one and only issue I had was with liquids and ice (mixed margaritas) the top is not a tight seal at the spout so liquid got out there quite a bit with a full load.

We bought this to help us chop fresh herbs for making sausage. When we first used it "what a surprise" it chopped the Spinach, Italian Parsley, Cilantro, and Garlic like it was nothing and even just the right size for stuffing in sausages. All this only took seconds compared to the time we spent chopping by hand. We love this handy dandy little helper in our kitchen. We recommend this for anyone that enjoys adding fresh herbs to pasta, sausage or any dish for any occasion. Our next attempt was puree for pasta noodles, "superb"!

I've processed velveeta cheese into cheese sauce and processed 1c flour, 1c sugar, and a stick of butter for a crumble pie. Didn't phase it a bit. It's very compact and lightweight. I do wish it held the blade like the 3 cup. I will say the handle and lid SEEMS fragile but time will tell how it holds up. Overall I love it! It's super handy.
