Great power for a hand mixer

I bought this since my old one died and I'm so happy I did. I looked at other brands, but figure I'd stick to KitchenAid since I love my stand mixer so much and I'm very happy I did. Great power. Love that it has a button to release the beaters. It's a great little machine.

The different speeds are important , especially since I'm not the best baker in the world and tend to make a mess of things in and around the mixing bowl, starting slow really helps me keep the contents in the bowl. I also love the whisk ejector button one hit and the whisks are in the sink ready to wash, with out my touching them, so far I'm really happy with this mixer and hope the motor holds up for many years.

I see these beaters of the cooking videos and wanted them but didn't see them in the store until recently. The price was almost double than the other hand mixers, so I wouldn't buy one. My old, with flat beaters and 2 speeds, high and higher, died and I needed one for the small jobs. I was able to get this mixer free with debit card points and I love it! It also has 5 speeds and they all are different and work. I'm so glad my old one died and I got this one.

I bought a 5 speed kitchen aid hand mixer about 25 years ago.It lasted all of those years and finally petered out. Still worked but it lost some of its speed. I would never buy another brand but Kitchen Aid as it is trustworthy, lightweight and very easy to use and keep clean.

I was so surprised with this little mixer. The little thing was as quiet as the big stand one. The mixer has all the power necessary to do the light duty that I bought it for. I found that when I cooked a big meal there was always something that I needed to mix and it was always when my kitchen Aide stand was doing something else . I bought an older model very similar to this many years ago. I use it for cakes and home made dip for my husband. A supposed friend threw my beaters away, and I went without a mixer because I didn't know that I could find replacement beaters. I finally did find beaters and bought them. I LOVE my Kitchenaid mixer. It has always worked and done what I've asked it to do. I was just going to break down and replace it but after I found the beaters online, and heavier duty ones at that, I decided to keep the mixer. I am so glad I did. I can no way afford a stand mixer of any brand. My mixer is older but if it aint broke, don't fix it!! Thank you Kitchenaid for a wonderful, slightly older model hand mixer

The 5-speed hand mixer is quite easy to use. It's fairly lightweight so my hand did not get tired as I was mixing for a long time. There are enough differences between the speeds to make a difference in mixing. I didn't want anything too fancy, so this fits the bill. A nice, easy to use hand mixer that works well.

5 Speed mixer

I like the variable speed on it, I wish it had 1 more speed though. Mixes well . I'm pleased with it.

Proof AGAIN that KitchenAid is tops!

I have owned KitchenAid products for 35-40 years; this includes both small appliances and a full KitchenAid kitchen that included Refrigerator/Freezer, Range, Dishwasher & Microwave. This small hand mixer has been on my wish list for a long time and I am SO happy that I finally purchased it. It is lightweight, powerful, easy to clean; Don't hesitate to purchase if you're considering it.

Great little mixer

Been about a month and I couldn't be happier. I use this mixer for some of the smaller recipes or when I really don't need to bring out the 6 quarter. This machine has no problem with even the thicker yeast dough. The design makes it easy to hold. clean up is simple as well. A lot of thought was put into the design of this mixer. I expect this machine to last me for many years to come.
