Best Hand Mixer Ever

Heavier than my last hand mixer

I bought this to replace my older 5 speed KitchenAid hand mixer. I have this, as well as, a full size mixer. KitchenAid is always my "go to" brand. I gave my older stand mixer, which I had used for 40 years, to a daughter-in-law. 10 years later she still is using it. I expect the same results from this new mixer, baring any accidents. I am happy with the heavier weight and the whip, that was included.

The mixer works well but it vibrates

It mixes good but it vibrates and the blades are only pressed together and came apart .Luckily I was working as a micro laser welder and repaired them this is how they should have been made from the start not pressed together

NO STORAGE CONTAINER!!!???

Just received my new hand mixer today! I was so darn disappointed that it DID NOT come with a STORAGE PLAN! Come on KITCHEN AID! Another handmixer with no storage bag/case or way to NOT LOSE/DAMAGE unit and accessories! No plan for storing the electrical cord either! Very CLEARLY, MANY customers share my disappointment! (Reviews are in place to assist you (KitchenAid) in "LISTENING" to your customers!) I even went to your webcite in hopes of finding a storage container i could purchase separately (which i was perfectly HAPPY to do.......as would others be.) to no avail. I got lucky and the handmixer i replaced came with a storage case and my new KitchenAid handmixer and accessories all fit perfectly in the old storage case! Yay! [Pic included]. So.....how hard can this BE? It is a win win! KitchenAid makes an extra 25.00$ after the sale and WE get proper storage of our BEAUTIFUL new KitchenAid handmixer!!! Please consider this idea. Great so far

We had the 5-5speed for more than 10 years and finally over heated and broke. So we were happy to try another kitchenaid. It does not come with kneeling hook but we can use our old one from the 5-speed. It has a different speed change buttons so it has been a bit hard to get used to the new system. Overall, it works just fine like our old one. Have not noticed the extra speed and power are helping yet. Only cons I have is that it is heavier so I get tired pretty quick.

My original 7-speed hand mixer finally stopped running. Turns out it lasted 17 yrs! This new one is so much improved: strong beaters, easy buttons and great that it has a cord that can be moved from side to side.

Powerful but disappointed with the top speed

I have a stand mixer but always have a hand mixer also. My hand mixer broke just before a shower I was making desserts for. I usually buy cheap mixers because I burn them out. I decided to buy a better hand mixer so I chose this one. It has good power and I was impressed at how well it mixes even cookie dough with ease. I am however disappointed with the top speeds. It does not go fast enough to whip icing or make whip cream. I will be buying something else and this one will just be for basic mixing. I thought seven speeds would be enough!

The low speed means low speed

This hand mixer was a replacement for a prior KitchenAid hand mixer. It's different from my old one, just a sign of the times, more powerful. The swivel power cord, conviently keeps the cord from getting twisted. This hand mixer also came with a whisk attachment, which I will be using to whisk plenty of eggs for breakfast.

Bought this to replace KA stand mixer that burned out, did not want to drop $$$ again. Runs hot making simple buttercream frosting. Will prob burn out also. Not the legacy products of my grandmother. No others out there that can stand the heat, & I fear this will burn out soon.
