Bought and installed and everything works but the oven. Straight out of the factory package and the oven or broiler does not heat. Microwave works good. Waiting on the repair service to find out what is wrong. Kitchenaid has set up warranty service.

I got black steel Wall oven and Micrwave combo for my white kitchen and it looks great in the kitchen. So far no issues but had a hard time removing and replacing the oven door and got some scratches too. That was too bad and I had to watch a you tube video to do it properly.

Great product and easy installation however the unit is heavy and requires two strong people for lifting and sliding the MW/Oven into the cabinet. All of the features function and the product is really beautiful in our kitchen. The lower deflector plate was damaged during shipping and was promptly replaced. Mimi loves her new MW/Oven.

Because we had all KitchenAid appliances in our last house that we were extremely happy with (purchased ten years ago) we naturally bought KitchenAid for our new home. Sure wish I had done better research, but we were seduced by the good looks of this combo oven. I love the black stainless steel! The microwave is spectacularly under-powered at 900 watts. That's worthy of a college dorm room. It takes twice as long to heat or cook anything. Also, the fan on the microwave keeps running after it is done. Very annoying. The microwave must have been designed by men, because no woman could reach far enough in to clean it. It's very deep what with the door opening the way it does. The oven works fine, although I think it is overly engineered with options that need to be dealt with before you can even get it turned on to start heating. I can live with that, but it would be nice if one could disable some of those. The thing that really makes me mad is the sharp edges on the housing of both the microwave and oven that you WILL scratch your arms on and the fact that the oven door does not line up with the microwave, so the appearance from the side is off. It was the first thing I noticed after it was installed. I talked to our installer who said "that's just the way they are." Sorry I ever bought this - it was an expensive purchase. I think we could have done better.

This is a beautiful appliance, but I don't like the microwave door opening down instead of to the side. I am short and I have to stand on my toes to reach inside and a stool to actually sit the food inside of it. It hits me in the armpits and is very uncomfortable. I like the three shelves in the oven and the lighting. We have been happy with the settings now that we are leaning how to use them. We have a problem needing to be checked with the finish in the bottom of the oven. We'll see how that goes.

After almost a month of moderate use, we've found this combo oven to be efficient and easy to use. The touch pad combined with the display messages makes heating/baking intuitive. Both ovens warm quickly and bake evenly. Having not had a convection oven previously, we are particularly enjoying that feature on both the microwave and the lower oven. The one, pardon the pun, "shortcoming" we discovered is that with the fold down door on the microwave, shorter individuals may have a bit of difficulty reaching the back of the box to clean. All-in-all, an attractive pairing with great functionality.

Horrible Customer Service on Faulty Appliance

Our new 30" Combination Wall Oven was installed in March, 2019. By April 21st the microwave went out. A service tech from "Best Service Company" arrived without the part on April 24th. The service tech came back on April 25th with the part. The part did not work. A new service tech came back on April 26th with a new part. The part still did not work. He called KAid to report that a new appliance would be needed. I did not hear from Whirlpool/KAid so I called them on May 2nd. Then again nothing for 4 days. Back and forth for another couple days. The latest update is that I received a call from Whirlpool/KAid on May 9th that this appliance is on BACKORDER for 6-8 WEEKS! This has been a horrible experience and I wish I would have never purchased ALL KITCHENAID APPLIANCES. I am so scared that my new refrigerator, dishwasher and cooktop are going to go out and then what? Another 3 months of agony? A 1/4 of a year (could be more) to get our appliance fixed.

I just got my oven in Jan 17, 2019 the design of the doors ARE VERY BAD and should not be even in the market. There is no finishing around the side of the doors, and I can see the screws and the body of the door. In addition, I did not use this oven yet, because it came with a door that CAN NOT be closed complete. I called kitchenaid many times and I got a call from local repair store. The repair man try to fix it, however, he said he has to order parts to fix the door for this new unused stove. I'm still waiting for the parts and can not use the stove yet . That is very bad treatment and I will never recommend this product to anyone.

Complicated circuit board failed in first month of ownership...three times!...and KitchenAid told me, "that's just how it is" when I asked for a replacement. "You'll have to wait another week for parts and service. I've had it for a month and have not been able to use it more than once. This wall oven with microwave on top - that can also be used as a convection oven is perfect! Space saving, no microwave on the counter or above the cooktop, large lower oven that cooks evenly and completely, and with the option of convection on top for large gatherings when you need a little more oven space. It's everything and pretty too!

This has been a great addition to our kitchen. We can use both units to bake or just the Microwave oven as an oven or a microwave. The controls are good and easy. The convection works great and cooks evenly when you place the pans correctly. I really love the quick heat option with the convection.

Terrible product, terrible service

I moved into our brand new house, with this brand new oven microwave. The control panel went out after a few days. The appliance repair company had to order 3 circuit boards, one of which was not in stock and there was no time frame for it to be in stock. After 3 weeks of waiting, Kitchenaid promised a new replacement. It is now 1 month without this appliance, and still no replacement. I bought 6 new Kitchenaid appliances and 2 May tags...and this is the service I get? I am beyond frustrated.

We have owned this combo for about 4 months, and I am very happy with it. I love that the microwave is not just a microwave, it's an oven (and can do some minor 'grilling' too), and has a multitude of pre-sets and options. Just remember when you are using the oven feature on the microwave you need to press start again to keep the temp going after the door has been opened. The lower oven is a great size - it is deep enough to fit two 11x17 baking trays side by side. Cooking options include broiling, baking, roasting, convection and non-convection. On the negative side it takes a while to get to temperature.

Best I've ever owned!

I've only had the oven installed for 2 weeks and so far am elated! There may be some calebration on the oven as everything so far has to bake almost twice as long as recipe states. The microwave/ convection oven is best decision EVER. I got the black stainless and it is BeaUTiFuL and the "MADE IN AMERICA" sticker will proudly stay on the appliance. Can't say enough good about it other than the temp thing but haven't had a chance to investigate further.

Best oven ever

This is by far the best oven I have ever had and that is hard to say after having a Wolf at my previous house. It cooks evenly, heats up fast and is beautiful. Have only had about a month but have been using at least 3 times per week
