I have had my new double oven just over a month and am still "learning". My only complaint is that it does not revert to the current time when the timer is counting down. It shows only a "start time" that reflects the time I turned the oven on. I have only tried using both ovens at the same time once and blew a circuit breaker. I think it is a house problem and not related to oven. Overall I really like my new ovens and they made my kitchen look so much nicer!

After 20 years I suppose anything would have worked better than what I had, but this oven far exceeds any expectations I had. Its unbelievably quiet on cool down, temperature is accurate and the convection makes a big difference. baked goods actually taste better and bake more evenly.

have only used the oven twice. did a shake down to see how it worked. roasted a chicken, then a turkey. used the internal thermometer. never used a convection oven before. our old oven was a 1970's GE oven, which cooked uneven and ran on the hotter side of the thermometer.... dial setting and it probably raised the kitchen temp by 10 degrees. the process for cooking on the kitchen aid was very simple and elegant. the oven walks you through the steps. the total cooking time was much quicker than i ever would have thought, (almost half the time of a conventional oven) the oven sounded a small alarm, the key pad showing that the internal temp of the chicken had reached the desired temp and the oven turned off. the chicken was PERFECTLY cooked... same for the turkey. there was no noticeable heat generated outside the oven. and..... it looked beautiful while doing it. have not baked in the oven yet. looking forward. stand by.

I bought this oven about six weeks ago to replace a 30 year old oven. I couldn't be more pleased. More room on the inside, easy to use, bright light and big windows in both the ovens. No problems with the temp. Con: if installing on your own, YouTube attaching the doors back no. We took them off and had to watch a video to get them back on. Not as simple as the instruction say.

I have had my new ovens for about 2 weeks now and I am still in love. It's beautiful, bakes perfectly, easy to use and so quiet I hardly know it's on.

Keep breaking

I bought the double oven on 2011. Was working fine till I self cleaned it, according to instructions. Since then it broke 3 time... Wouldn't heat, or starts heating up then temperatures go down. Very disappointed ☹️.

Beautiful looking oven inside and out.

It took a month for delivery. I was so excited to finally have it installed and was learning to use and enjoy the nice features. I decided to try the self-clean on the top oven. The dirt or something all blew inside the glass in the door and made very ugly dark streaks etc impossible to remove. When the technician came out we were unable to find a serial number or identify the cause or whether it is a problem unique to this particular oven. I am sad but I am sending it back and replacing it with another brand.

Double Oven

The look of the oven is very nice. The only complaint is that it takes a long time to preheat
