Had this for a few years and EVERY time I use the self clean the thing will no longer work. Had repair people out and they said flaw in oven and each time it costs us hundreds on repair. No satisfaction from KitchenAid so I'll never recommend them!!

Amazing product, if you don't want it to work

After spending small fortune on a new Kitchenaid total kitchen package, and 6 months of use, the oven quit working. 5 service calls later, 6 weeks of no use, and still broken! Now they want to try to replace yet another part to see if it will fix it. They have NO CLUE what is wrong, and just keep replacing parts, hoping one will fix it. Call in to complain, they suggest waiting another week to have yet, 1 more service call! I'd like to see Kitchenaid cook dinner without an oven for 6 weeks, and take off a day of work to be here for the service call, this is beyond unacceptable.

Love the room and rolling rack!

I did a lot of research when my 20 year old Dacor died and decided I didn't want to spend $4000 to replace it. When I went to the showroom to look at the size, the interior and roll out shelf sold me. Also the blue interior. It is so roomy and bakes beautifully. I had an issue with the first oven I purchased with the fan and heating, and they replaced it right away. Very happy with the design and features.

Purchase this oven after seeing it at a Home Depot Design Center, loved the interior and the pull out shelf, had an issue with the fan and the heating but they replaced the oven and have enjoyed it since.

Installation problem

I bought this a month ago and it has not been installed properly because the flush mount kit, part number W10752680 is apparently on back order. I have been unable to locate one through your company or through any other parts supplier on the internet. The appliance retailer, Grand Supply, in Forest Park, IL has not even attempted to be of assistance. They seem to feel that they have no obligation to insure that the installation is done properly. In addition, they did not even inform us about the fit system guarantee that your company provides.

Brand new with defective display board

It looks great in our white kitchen. However, after waiting 4 months for it to arrive with other appliances from Lowes. It came with a defective display board. Do not buy from LOWES they are worthless and they don't care about customer satisfaction and they had to order my appliances twice. After contacting kitchen aid service support and told them what the error code was displaying. They still send tech without the part. It took them three trips to fix it. One to look error code, two to come back because they had wrong part and three to finally fix it. Kitchen aid customer service is excellent.

This is the one appliance mistake I made in my new kitchen. Doesn't bake evenly and makes a loud rambling sound after turn off for about 15minutes. A disappointment!

New wall oven with wow inside

Most ovens look similar until you open the door of this kitchenaid. The blue color and drawer glide sliding rack set this apart as a premium product. The oven operation so far has been fine with one exception. The convection fan produces a low thumping sound when operating which is not too bad but I didn't expect it.
