This blender is easily as powerful as my old Vitamix. The smoothie setting is awesome. The frozen fruit on the bottom doesn't get stuck!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I was so excited!! I picked red to go with my 50s theme I have been working on. I was very surprised when I went to take it out of the box. It is so heavy!! Solid and built strong. It will grace my countertop!!! The pitcher is a plastic not glass. It works amazingly well, as expected from Kitchenaid. It does ice without a problem. I bought this to replace the ninja smoothie machine I have because I am tired of having so many different appliances. I am also switching over to all kitchenaid products. Worth every penny!!
