I bought this unit last week after my old one of different manufacture died a noisy death. The old one was noisy and would move around some. My KitchenAid is almost silent in comparison and doesn't move at all. So easy to use and the pouring chute really helps keep the dust down in the kitchen.

No Manual, No Instructions

I received this for Christmas, thanks to my husband. I do not have a clue on how to use it. I live in Canada. It did not come with a manual or instructions, so I registered it and went online - the online manual has 3 pages in English and the rest is French and I cannot read French. I cannot use the product. Be aware of this before you purchase or try to use it. I'm sure, once I solve this problem the product will be wonderful, but I truly don't know.

WE got our Kitchen Aid mixer a few weeks ago and my wife is absolutely thrilled with it. She's an excellent cookie maker and over 50 years she's had to manage with several brands - Sunbeam, GE, Kenmore - all of which barely met requirements. Either they groaned under heavy loads, danced around on the counter or simply quit at the most inopportune time leaving her frustrated and unhappy. She has been smiling ever since the new machine was taken from the box. The happy result is that the cookie jar is never empty these days which means that I'm smilin' too!! One excellent product!!

I got this as a gift and yes I told the person what model and color I wanted but its a gift right:)? I love this machine and the glass bowl. My bowl got a chip and customer service at kitchenaid assisted me with a replacement. Now thats service and they stand behind there products. I also have the white and black ceramic bowls wow they look so sharp on the counter. The only color I am waiting for is the baby blue... Would not buy another mixer but Kitchenaid and this is from a well seasoned baker of 15 years.
