I'm considering purchasing another mixer, but I seriously want to consider this because if the cost. My first purchase was 3 years ago and earlier today I was using it when the bowl came off of the base, I unplugged it right away, but unfortunately the mixer is no longer working. It comes on but it does not turn the attachments.

Below Average Customer Service, Great Product

The KitchenAid itself is great, just what you expect from the company. However, there customer service is sub par. 2 days after I ordered my KitchenAid, it went from $379 to $299. I messaged Customer Service and was told to return mine and order a new one for the sale price. A little annoyed, I called and asked to be charged the sale price and they said I had to take store credit, which I took. I also ordered the $300 deluxe pasta maker with my KitchenAid, and when I received the mixer it came with 25% off an appliance. That would have been $75 off the $300. In total, I basically could have saved about $155 by buying the items spread out or if their customer service was not so stingy

I had issues with the first mixer I bought with the gear slowing after I was mixing cookie dough. Kitchen Aid quickly and easily replaced my mixer because it was in warranty and so far it has been great!

I cannot believe how much I love this mixer! I have been reluctant to take the plunge and splurge on one for myself, but after seeing my sister and mother enjoy theirs so much I knew I needed to have one for myself. I love to bake and she has made the process so much more enjoyable and saves me so much time. I was worried about having the storage space but because she is so gorgeous I leave her out for all to see and admire. I have the Artisan in steel blue and her name is Stella.
