Baking Fantasies Coming True

My mom surprised me with an early Christmas present and I'm so happy she did! I only ever had a hand mixer and love the ability to be able to let something mix while I'm prepping the next steps. The attachments are easy to change and the bowl guard really helps keep the mess to a minimum. I have started making different types of homemade bread and look forward to adding the pasta attachment. This mixer is not only well made but also beautiful.

I got this in the mixer 2 weeks ago and I love it. My macaron batter turned out perfect. I don't know why, but the mixing bowl always looked kind of small to me when I was looking at them to buy. But when you actually use it to bake, the bowl is huge and you could make some pretty large batches. Love the handle on the bowl as well as the bowl shield.

Functional and Beautiful

Finally caved and bought a kitchen aid mixer a couple weeks ago and used it a few times already and certainly don't regret the purchase. What was I waiting for? The machine itself looks great, we love the light teal and it looks great in our white and black kitchen. Operationally, this machine is a beast. Works like a charm. Love that I no longer have to make a countertop mess with the hand mixer! Don't wait forever like I did, buy one today!

I recently lost my mixer, and everything else, in a tragic wildfire. I could not be happier to have been able to replace my mixer and feel like I'm on my way back to being whole. Being able to bake and cook with my family is priceless and I wouldn't be able to without my mixer and all of it's incredible features. I have this beautiful ice blue mixer for about a month. I am replacing my 12 year old yellow KitchenAid which still works although I felt the motor was not as strong. I donated the old mixer to habitat for humanity and got this new color that matches my kitchen beautifully. But the real beauty of KitchenAid are all the wonderful things you can make from cakes to pasta to ice cream! I love my KitchenAid!

I got this for a mother's day gift, after lots of going back and forth between models I knew I wanted the Artisan 5 quart. It has held up great for mixing buttercream icing to making light and fluffy mousse. And so incredibly easy to attach and remove attachments and the bowl. One of the perks is the pouring shield has made adding ingredients that much nicer. I've noticed people complain about the weight, I haven't found that to be an issue at all. I look forward to adding more attachments in the future.

My wife and I have been doing back and forth about buying a professional mixer for the better part of like 427 years now it seems. We finally broke down and got a KitchenAid Stand Mixer (off a glowing recommendation from a friend) and I feel like we wasted so much time not doing it sooner. I do a ton of pizza and bagel baking from home and it makes my life a zillion times easier. Clean up is no sweat. And the dough turns out fantastic. If you've been debating, just do it. We're only a few weeks in (haven't even started on all the other attachments yet) and we already could not be happier.

My previous stand mixer died after many years of use . Different brand. I found this on HSN and the color sold me. I expected the same performance. Was I wrong. I've used the paddle, the whip, and the dough hook and just love it. Egg whites whipped so fast and so firm. Made the greatest meringue cookies. The dough hook made perfect sweet yeast bread. The paddle made great cookies. Easy to clean afterwards and takes up less space than my previous one. Was just a wonderful purchase.
