Does Not Fit Mini

I received the Kitchen Aid Mini as a wedding gift and was very disappointed to find that it did not include the screw needed to attach the hub to the mixer. I ordered this part thinking it was universal, and would fit my mixer, however it was too big and was a huge waste of money. Where can I find a replacement screw for the mini?

Doesn't fit Artisan Mini

I should of read the reviews, and have learned the hard way after spending $25 on this cheap part (which came in used, dirty packaging from Whirlpool), that the screw does not fit my Artisan Mini. My mixer did not come with the screw part to begin with which is extremely frustrating and has diminished my purchase. KitchenAid has not been helpful at all and I'm unable to get a replacement so I'm returning the mixer.

This hub was a bust. Very disappointed

This clearly states that this product "Fits All Tilt Head Stand Mixers". That is NOT TRUE. This product does NOT fit the Artisan Mini. My brand new Artisan Mini right out of the box didn't even have this screw for the attachment. I had to purchase this piece on top of the Artisan Mini because Kitchenmaid Customer Service computers were down and couldn't help me - they actually just told me to call back the next day. After all that, this replacement piece doesn't even fit the Artisan Mini! Overall, my Christmas purchase and present of the Artisan Mini was a complete bust because of this tiny cheap part. What a waste. What a terrible experience.
