Good Product. Horrible Customer Service Policy

Product itself is good, but Whirlpool customer service is one of the worst. Purchased the product and had it delivered at a later date. They consider the unit an appliance, which I was told otherwise when I made the purchase. So make sure you get it delivered asap and inspect it right away. When it came time to install the unit, the 2 piece vent cover had damage and didn't align properly. Home depot sent me to Whirlpool and Whirlpool refused to send replacement part. The most unbelievable reason they gave me is that their policy allows cosmetic replacements within 30 days from purchase date and not delivery date which is beyond belief. Where are those policies available when someone is making a purchase and you would never think about it because it's unheard of at least for me. So lesson learned across the board.

Works very well just what we need love the halogen and led combination of lights. The controls need to be illuminated. Hard to see. But a great unit. Love the flat underside too filters are not visible
