Misrepresentation

I bought this expensive dryer because it was advertised as having the steam cycle. When it was being installed and I asked about the steam feature I was informed the steam kit did not come with it and I needed to purchase and install it separately!! Surely, the steam kit should have been included in the original purchase? I cannot find information on what I need to buy and how/who to install. If I had known this to be the case I would not have spent $1,200 on what is to me an average dryer.
