Interior Oven Finish

After baking an apple pie which bubbled over, we needed to clean our new oven for the first time. I had followed the manufacturer's instructions by not using aluminum foil to catch spills. After the oven had cooled, I wiped the bottom with water on a paper towel to remove any crumbs. I then set the oven to self-clean on medium. When the cleaning cyce was completed, the finish was taken off the bottom of the oven. With the glass door, the finish is very visible and looks terrible. Beware that this is NOT covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This is my fourth and last Whirlpool oven!!

Inside first year...already broken

Barely got a few uses out of this oven when I got a low cooling fan error. Then as expected i have to battle with the limited scheduling availability of whirlpool technicians to come to my house with an 8! Hour window, now I will have to take a day off work.., have not yet scheduled a time to get it fixed yet because of the terrible availability... overall don't buy whirlpool

Oven warped on bottom

This is the worse appliance we have ever purchased. You can turn it on but you cannot turn it off! You have to disable the circuit breaker first. Three Lowe's technicians worked on it and could not get it to turn off. Almost burned down the house. We are waiting for them to return and take this piece of junk out of here.

What great oven!

We have had this for a few weeks now, and we are so happy with it. Baking is even, with relatively quick heat up times. We also love the features and programs available. The only complaint is that the app registration and wifi login process was very clunky. Once we got through that, we were fine.

I am very unhappy with this oven

This oven is a pain to operate. I am never sure if it is "turned off" because the fan is still operating and their is still heat coming from the oven. I press the upper button before I start and it sometimes defaults to the lower oven. ( the oven I never use) I don't even think it cooks correctly as things tend to burn if I leave them in according to cooking instructions.

Nice oven

I got this oven because the one we had shorted out and had to be replaced. The only problem I have is I can not connect to the internet with it. I don't know how much I would use the feature if I had it but none the less I can not get it to connect and when I call to get help it is always after hours due to my work schedule.

I would not recommend this oven

We've had this oven for about one month and already have to call tomorrow about it not working properly. My goal is for them to take it out and replace with another brand. First of all, the "off" mode is not at all obvious. Half the time I'm not sure if it's off. It vents from the bottom so anything in the bottom drawer gets very warm. And tonight I used it to make dinner and when I open the door, the steam rises and changes the screen. Also, I can't turn the oven light on, can't shut it off, the touch screen isn't working at all. I couldn't get the timer to work either. It's a total lemon. The only way I can shut it off at this point is to shut the fuse off in the fuse box. I've read and reread the manual thinking it was user error, and there's nothing to suggest that. I would add video but I don't have a link as it's saved on my phone.

Too Complicated

I have now had the oven for about a month and not super happy. The features and wi fi capabilities seemed nice but in reality they complicate what should be fairly easy. I.e., there isn't even a simple "off" button to know for sure if you shut it off. The oven does function well however, heats up nicely and looks great in our kitchen. Guess I am not yet ready to operate my oven from my tablet or my Alexa.

I bought this about 6 months ago and Love the ovens and the features. It looks great and performs as expected. Easy to use. Be mindful it vents to the bottom and if you have anything below the oven then the cabinets/drawers will become hot as well. If anyone has found a solution please share. Our drawer at the bottom of the oven becomes so hot we can not touch it while cooking.

Oven installed a week ago. Easy to use display. Really nice ovens. Remote set up requires a little patience. My QR code didn't connect and I had to do it manually. But once I connected it worked great.
