Touchscreen Problems

This oven was considered an upgrade to my new house I just bought, but it has been nothing but trouble. First the touchscreen only worked when it wanted to so they came out and replaced that. Now the touch works but you cannot see anything at all on the screen so you have no idea what you are doing by turning it on? Terrible product.

Nice look, but not connecting to wifi

It is really looking good, but first time i configured it, it never connected to the wifi so i cannot use it with my phone. The touchpad reacts really slow. But it cooks well
